Shipping
–Australia Shipping We offer FREE shipping in Australia. Orders within Australia are shipped via Australia Post Express with tracking and signature on delivery.
Once your item has been dispatched we will notify you via email with your tracking number.
–International Shipping When it comes to international express shipping, we’re all about giving you choices that fit your preferences.Our strong recommendation is DHL & Fedex.
Please note, prices do not include overseas custom duties or taxes that may incur. Please contact your local border force agency if you would like to know estimated duties and/or taxes for your order.
Exchange
We will happily to exchange an item for defective pieces or extenuating personal circumstances within 14 days of receiving the item.
Postage to send an item back for an exchange will be at the customer’s own expense.
Due to hygiene reasons, please note that earrings cannot be exchanged or refunded.
Exchanges and refunds will also not be given on any crafted-to-order, custom pieces or sale items purchased.
Refunds will not be accepted simply for change of mind. Please consider this prior to placing your order. Please do not hesitate to contact us for any questions you may have before making a purchase.
In the rare case of faulty items, a refund can be given upon inspection of the item (conducted by our jewellers), and the outgoing postage will be refunded.
Manufacturing faults do not include: damage or wear and tear, oxidised or fading plating, broken chain, cracked or broken stones or pearls, or bending of rings or earrings.

Returns
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To exchange or receive a credit for your purchase, all jewellery must be returned in its original, unworn condition and carefully repackaged in the original protective packaging. We will not exchange goods that have been worn or show obvious signs of wear. If the product is damaged, not in its original condition or shows signs of wear, the product will be returned to the buyer at their own expense. Please note, we will not be held responsible for jewellery lost or damaged during postage back to us. Contact us for more information.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

How long we retain your personal details
